Our goals and priorities today don’t look the same as they did at the beginning of the year. Some departments have seen their workloads pushed to the limit, while others suddenly have a lot more time on their hands.
These past several months have tested our agility, but we worked together to ace our new responsibilities. Graphic designers have helped writers schedule social media posts. Warehouse workers have made pantry pick-ups possible. Several employees have assisted direct shipment teams. Recruiters are helping with supply chain management. Across all departments, we’ve seen employees take on tasks outside their normal duties without complaint.
For lending a helping hand and shifting your routines to meet new priorities, we thank you for your flexibility. You are essential.
