Dot has dedicated committees who manage our supply chain, inventory, demand, and service levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to prioritize servicing customers who regularly source products from Dot. We are also going to work with our suppliers to put us in a position to better handle increased demand faster and more effectively. We recognize that demand changes are the norm right now and we’re developing innovative solutions to respond to our customers’ needs.

Should I expect delays in FedEx orders?
We have experienced a significant increase in our drop ship orders; however, we remain committed to filling all orders expeditiously for our customers. As such, we have added extra shifts to our parcel operations group. We are needing and requesting additional processing time for these orders at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Is COVID-19 going to impact deliveries and product?
Across the country, companies like yours and ours are dealing with supply chain disruptions. Understandably, there have been both large increases and decreases in demand. We are working hard to best serve our customers while understanding that there will be large swings in needs. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and reach out if necessary. The Dot Foods leadership team is meeting regularly on all possible impacts of COVID-19.

If you are expected to experience significant changes in demand, please communicate with your Dot representative so we can continue to service our customers as effectively as possible.
