As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic is a rapidly-evolving situation. We’ve created this space for you to submit questions. First, we encourage you to  visit the FAQ section of this site. If your question is not on that list, you can send it to us here. Our goal is to respond to all questions within 24-48 hours. 

If you’re a Dot employee, supplier, or customer and have immediate concerns, please contact your manager or Dot representative. 

If you believe you have the coronavirus or have a medical question, please stay home and call your local health care provider.
